Website notice updated 17 October 2026

This notice explains the information handled by the website’s features. Use the office contact details below for questions about your information or the handling of a particular matter.

Information you choose to provide

Appointment and enquiry forms collect the details shown on the form, such as name, contact information, purpose and comments. Account registration, questions, resource submissions and uploads may collect additional information needed for those features. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not place confidential documents or sensitive personal information in public questions or comments.

How information is used

The office uses submitted information to respond to requests, administer accounts, manage appointments and operate the features you use. Authorised administrators manage the site’s records. Email notifications may be sent through the configured mail service. Public posts, approved resources and public questions may be visible to other visitors; use care before submitting material intended for publication.

Cookies, logs and browser features

The website uses session cookies for sign-in and form security. Hosting and application logs, page-view or security records may include technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and visited pages. The site’s cookie settings offer a performance preference. Optional performance caching stores public static assets; account and other HTML pages are not stored in that cache.

Browser notifications require permission. You can revoke notification permission in browser settings. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from appointment requests. The preparation planner on this site uses temporary checkbox selections in the page and does not submit them.

External services

The website may load font and icon resources from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s CDN, and may link to WhatsApp, social networks, maps, payment providers or government services. Those services receive information according to their own practices when used or loaded. Check the destination’s privacy information before entering personal details.

Keeping records and making requests

Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable professional, operational and legal requirements. Contact the office to request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you. The office will need to verify identity and assess any duty to retain a record; this website does not promise automatic deletion of case or accounting records.

Contact about privacy

Email info@sklawhouse.com or use the office contact page. Include enough information to identify the request without sending passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents.

Sending information through this website does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship. Confirm any engagement directly with the office.
